over 15 years of lending experience and over 25 years of construction
experience. She educates her customers with the available financing options, and assists them in securing the right mortgage loan to fit their individual needs and financial goals.
Sue is dedicated to helping families become homeowners, as she keeps them continually informed throughout the mortgage loan process. |

Tara expertly manages all facets of every mortgage transaction from processing through funding. She has excellent problem-solving and communication skills as she works closely with our Lenders; meeting their underwriting requirements. Her knowledge and attention to detail assures our

Kami Ferguson, Processing Assistant / Set Up Coordinator
Kami is a vital part of the Processing Team, as she coordinates the initial stages of the loan process, ordering and organizing pertinent documentation for the loan. She also assists the Closing Department preparing each file for closing while she focuses the remainder of her time on marketing strategies for the Team. |

David is attending school, where he is
majoring in business administration and real estate law. He is a
growing asset to the Sue Pullen Team as he continues to expand his knowledge in the residential
mortgage market.
